Fan Expo Canada 2027
Canada's largest comics, sci-fi and anime convention, four days at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Big celebrity lineups, and a cosplay contest worth entering if you've been building all year.
Plenty of time. Start when you're ready.
Convention tips
layout
North and South buildings run as separate halls here. Look at the floor plan ahead of time or you'll burn hours just finding your way around.
parking
Municipal Green P lots keep flat, predictable rates. Still, the TTC subway beats driving in.
food
Toronto's underground PATH network links to food courts at Union Station and the Financial District. Outside, Don Juan's chip truck draws a loyal crowd.
hotels
Reserve a room 2-3 months out. Factor parking into the price comparison; downtown Toronto hotels charge $40-60 a night just to park.
weather
Late August is warm in Toronto, 75-85F and often humid, though the venue itself stays well air-conditioned.
