Parking is available in the lot immediately adjacent to the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center. Overflow parking is across the street at the mall. Some gravel lots nearby exist but quality varies.

The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center has multiple food and beverage options on-site. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance on Quarrier Street and the surrounding area.

Charleston, WV in mid-October averages 60-65F highs and 40F lows. Fall foliage is typically in full color. Bring a jacket for walking between the parking area and venue in the evening.
