Convention tips
parking
AWA 2026 moved to GWCC Building C in downtown Atlanta. GWCC parking is $10/day across 6,500+ spaces. The Red Deck is the most centrally located.
food
No outside food allowed inside (Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer). The Center (formerly CNN Center) adjacent has a food court. Der Biergarten and Ted's Montana Grill are nearby sit-downs.
hotels
Omni Hotel at CNN Center connects via skywalk. Hilton Garden Inn and Embassy Suites are also close. The venue change from Renaissance Waverly means old hotel recommendations no longer apply.
weather
Atlanta in mid-November averages 60-65F highs and 42F lows. Mostly clear (~65% of the time). Comfortable walking weather but bring a jacket for evening events.
transit
Take MARTA to GWCC/CNN Center station (W-1) or Vine City station (W-2). This saves the $10 parking fee and avoids downtown traffic. MARTA single ride is $2.50.
