Edmonton Convention Centre parking is paid and fills on peak days. Valet or self-park at the Marriott Courtyard Edmonton Downtown costs $45/day with a 6-foot height limit; vehicles over 6 feet must park offsite. Downtown Edmonton has several ParkPlus lots nearby.

Marriott Courtyard Edmonton Downtown (One Thornton Court, 99 Street and Jasper Avenue) is the official partner hotel with a discounted room block. Blocks sell out fast so book as soon as they open.

Edmonton in early August averages 23-26C (73-79F) with low humidity and long daylight. One of the more comfortable times to cosplay outdoors. Evening temperatures can drop to 12C, so bring a layer.
